We are looking for people to join our organising committee that helps put on Oxford Pride, and events that support the community throughout the year. We particularly welcome applications from trans/non-binary/gender non-conforming people, people of colour, and people with disabilities, who are often underrepresented on Pride organising committees.
To be elected to the Pride Team you need to be at least 18 years of age. Guests are also invited to attend meetings to contribute ideas and ask questions.
Anyone interested in Oxford Pride can volunteer to help the Pride Team. All the elected Officers need helpers throughout the year and on Pride Day. If you have more time, please consider a vacant position below. Please note that in order to apply for, or elect people to, a position as a Director or Officer you must be at least 18 years of age.
Don’t think you have time for a committee position? Why not join us as a volunteer to help at some of our events during the year – it’s a great way to meet new people and learn new skills.
Due to Health & Safety and for Child Protection, all volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
