Marketplace Stalls

We’re excited to welcome a vibrant mix of community groups, charities, and independent traders to Oxford Pride 2026.

Our marketplace is a key part of the event, creating a lively, inclusive space for visitors to connect, shop, and engage with organisations from across Oxfordshire and beyond. We offer a range of stall options to suit different organisations and businesses.

Community & Charity Stalls

From £150

Suitable for registered charities, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations.

Commercial Stalls

From £250 (3m x 3m space)

From £425 (6m x 3m space)

Suitable for businesses selling goods or promoting services.

What’s Included

Stall infrastructure (e.g. gazebos, tables) and power access may be available on request. Please indicate your requirements within the application form, where full details and options are provided.

Prices shown are indicative and starting rates
Final pricing will be confirmed based on your specific requirements
All traders must provide appropriate documentation (e.g. insurance, risk assessments)
Space is limited and applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and inclusive marketplace

Market Stalls

Our market area is always popular and has thousands of visitors passing through during the day. We particularly encourage applications from LGBTQIA+ owned and run businesses.

Community and Charities

Making sure that our visitors can access services and knowledge is really important to us. We welcome the opportunity to have local and national charities/organisations at Pride.

Food and soft drinks

We want food that everyone can enjoy and welcome applications that can give something a little different. We operate a no glass, no polystyrene, recyclable policy for all of our traders so please ensure that you can comply.

Bars and Alcohol

It's thirsty business having fun and being fabulous! We are looking for tenders for bars that understand Pride and can offer a responsible and efficient service that copes well under pressure.

Oxford Pride Parade

Pride is a protest and a celebration. Anyone can join the parade but if you are coming as a group please let us know in advance. Register to receive the full information along with joining instructions.

Photographers And Videographers

We are looking for photographers and videographers to help us document the Festival week and Pride Day! If you are interested in helping take photos or videos on the day, please register your interest.
