Oxford Pride has done it again, delivering yet another incredible evening of drag excellence at The Jolly Farmers. The event wasn’t just a showcase of talent but also a heartwarming fundraiser for Oxford Pride’s main event in South Park next year.
The highlight of the night? None other than Kyran Thrax! Fresh off her win on Drag Race UK Season 6, Kyran left the crowd absolutely gagged with her signature blend of high fashion, quirky chaos, and undeniable alien realness. Every strut and every move brought the house down, reminding everyone why she’s a reigning queen.
And, because magic comes in pairs, Sophia Stardust graced the stage alongside her bestie. With pride shining bright, Sophia brought her own glittering charisma to the celebration, making the night a truly special moment of love and camaraderie. Yes, there were tears—of joy, pride, and unity.
Both Kyran and Sophia kept the energy electric, constantly engaging with the audience through witty banter and heartfelt interactions. The duo didn’t just perform for the crowd—they performed with them! A highlight of the night was an audience participation moment, where three lucky volunteers joined the queens on stage for a show-stopping guest-spot lip sync. The laughter, cheers, and camaraderie perfectly captured the spirit of the evening.
The night wasn’t just about the glitz and glam; it was also about giving back. Thanks to the incredible support of everyone at The Jolly Farmers, funds were raised to make Oxford Pride 2025 bigger, better, and bolder than ever.
