Castle Quarter Stage

Meet our fabulous artists

Garfunkel

The first of our acts on the Castle Stage is Garfunkel; one of Oxford’s favourite funk bands that gets your feet moving to soul classics, and funked-up versions of pop favour.

Let’s start the afternoon dancing!

Nicolette Street

An accomplished singer/songwriter who’s been impressing audiences across the UK, Europe & the US with her powerful yet pure vocals & strong catchy compositions. She is excited to return to perform for you all at this year’s Oxford Pride 20th Anniversary.

Rough Edge Brass Band

What do you get when you combine the razziest Oxford musicians, grooviest cheesy hits & mashups, show-stopping vocals, and inspiration from New Orleans? You get chaos, taking the form of screaming trumpets & glittering saxophones!

Lady B

Recently dubbed ‘The Queen of the Spires’, Lady B has made a comeback into the Oxford Drag Scene. After six beautiful years performing all around the country, she’s returned to The Jolly Farmers and cannot wait to see you all again to celebrate with Oxford style.

House of Cards

If you were with us last year you will remember the amazing Alessia – she is back as part of a musical duo of Soul Pop & RnB with flashes of funk and fabulous style. As a member and ally of the community, they couldn’t be prouder to have the opportunity to be a part of, and perform for Pride.

Son of a Tutu

Ola Jide Son of a Tutu – an actor, award-winning drag artist, activist, speaker, and actor. 2011 Drag Idol UK winner.
Tutu is featured in Dan Jones’s book ‘50 Drag Queens Who Changed The World. They are in the movie “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” and the upcoming psychological drama “Lemon”.

Velvet

Oxford’s smoothest neo-soul, R&B, and jazz-funk band. Students might know them from balls and parties all over Oxford, and from our Community Stage at Pride in 2022. They are excited to make some noise at Oxford Pride’s 20th.

Spice Girls Experience
