Come join us and take a stall within one of our busy Marketplaces. The Marketplace area gives organisations and businesses a great opportunity to promote products and your work in the community.
Whether you are a local interest group, charity or club keen to increase awareness, or a business wishing to showcase your products to a new audience, we have a package to suit your needs and budget.
Important: Distribution of free publicity material in Oxford is restricted; a license is required to undertake this activity from Oxford City Council unless exempt. Further information at www.oxford.gov.uk

Application Form (Closed)Food Trader
Oxford Pride invites a variety of food traders, especially those offering foods that are healthy and wholesome.
Application for a food trader pitch will require the following details:
- A summary of your history and experience of similar events
- Relevant qualifications, certificates, insurance and licensing
- Type of power usage
- Menu offering including prices
- Materials to be used for serving food/drinks
- Any exclusivity requirements
- Any specific requests/other relevant information
Due to the sheer volume of waste that is created at events like Oxford Pride, we ask all traders to be as environmentally aware as possible. This means, wherever possible, using recycled, bio-degradable or recyclable cutlery and point of sale items. Please note that glassware/glass bottles cannot be served to the public at the event. Any food containing allergens must be clearly marked.
